Age Matters

In our expendable society today, it seems that almost everything is replaceable with something new. Walking into department stores these days you can't help but notice all the reproductions of vintage goods and I want to stop customers with their shopping carts and say, "Wait, excuse me, you can buy the same thing but actually the REAL DEAL at a vintage market, antique, thrift stores or salvage yard". Ok maybe I actually do say it out loud, but it's true and I won't stop spreading my love of "authentic finds".. So here's to the weathered, chippy, well-patina, old, loved, and maybe even a bit wrinkly wares and our forever appreciation for them!
